      Pros

      Great company culture built on open door policy and respect for the individual. Performers well rewarded and in general good opportunities available in terms of career growth. Great benefits, great pay.

      Cons

      Inability to remove ineffective employees, mainly due to rapid growth and no focus on effectively managing 'dead wood'. Senior Management out of touch with the realities of day to day Light's On and BAU.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation were great. Most people were really nice.

      Cons

      Can become a gossip mill if you allow it. Constant rumors of HR cases, people forced to resign, inappropriate comments, etc. Some of the team leads and leadership actively participating in that gossip- really disappointing to see.
