Reduction of and lack of adequate support staff and vacation/sick coverage, limited room for growth, some employees are treated better than others, lots of responsibilities for below average compensation, inadequate training time and lack of training or limited training for new software or products, increase in work load without increase in staff, some properties have a higher instance of emergency calls on the 24/7 on call cell phone.
