Pros
Capital Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package. For the most part, my coworkers are supportive of each other and work as a team. The equipment in my department is up-to-date and in some cases, state-of- the-art.
Cons
In my department, there is favoritism towards certain employees. My particular supervisor does take kindly to suggestions for smoother workflow or other constructive criticism from subordinates. The purchasing department, at times, has caused inventory problems to the point where we could not do our work due to lack of supplies.
