Pros

Pay was ok and there was insurance but it wasn't very great coverage.

Cons

Management was often disorganized and communication was inconsistent. Tasks were often redone several times due to shifting requirements outside of what was planned. I was reprimanded on multiple occasions for issues that were either outside my responsibilities or based on inaccurate assumptions. Many of the duties I performed went beyond what was outlined in my employment agreement, yet that additional effort was rarely acknowledged in a meaningful way. Throughout my employment, I experienced significant mental health challenges and requested accommodations on several occasions. Multiple proposals were denied due to company policy, despite similar flexibility appearing to be available to other employees. This inconsistency made it difficult to feel supported or treated fairly. Work-life boundaries were also unclear at times, I was being contacted outside working hours for matters that were not urgent. I witnessed several employees leave due to the company's inflexibility, and ultimately resigned for the same reason. I consistently put substantial effort into improving processes and supporting operations, often going above and beyond my assigned responsibilities. While I was frequently told that my work was valued, the organization's actions did not always reflect that appreciation. Following my resignation, I was informed that leaving without two weeks' notice could negatively affect future references, despite my overall contributions and performance throughout my employment. The workplace has potential, but stronger leadership, clearer policies, greater consistency, and a more supportive approach to employee well-being would significantly improve the employee experience.

leads and full training provided very collaborative team constant growth within the company amazing corporate events very welcoming for junior on the team

early on the company, so I havent seen any cons so far
