Pay is reasonable and it’s a job with purpose in that you get to aid families in obtaining the basic necessity-housing

Upper management is strictly for profit and doesn’t build relationships with the employees. They promote back biting and mistrust amount the staff to stay in the know and on top if site staff. The environment is not productive in that way and does not offer stability.
