I dont see any pros of working here

Very Very Abusive Boss You can be fired anytime Distressed salaries and want you to work 24*7 even when you dont have work in hand There is nothing called as Profile i think because HR serves Water and food to boss when office boys are not available. Anytime he can call you and start abusing like anything Will never appreciate for your work Whatever you do they will who will do the other things and you will feel like a dumb. They will never accept their mistakes at any cost only whole day will shout only. Very demoralising environment. Cant expect to work for more then 6 months. Minimum salary and best work they accept. there is nothing called as personal life. all the HR policies are company friendly no public holidays and only 12 days leave for a employee in a year. No compensatory leave if you work on sundays. Everyday timing is 9.30 to 6.30 but you wont be able to leave before 7.30 atleast and if you leave at 7 also they shouts

Pros

1. If you want to learn on your own with no help, no mentorship, no guidance then this job might be right. 2. 2 paid holidays per month 3. Tea/Coffee twice a day 4. Alternate Saturday off (Sit without work)

Cons

If this is your first job as a fresher or you are a experienced person joining this company then this place is a big Red Flag. It would seem OK to join during interview rounds but then after joining, a drastic change will be shown, no valid HR policy. Management does not respect, value employees, will not listen to your reasonings, will assume it on it's own and scold for everything. Because of the working style and behaviour, Senior professionals don't work for long and dictates young joiners/freshers. Cannot even leave 20-30 mins early before the regular Punch out time for once as response will be 'No. it will result in company's loss'. In the Job Description it will be mentioned what all responsibilities have to be taken but 10 other responsibilities and other department work also included. No training of work will be given. When asked for training, no response. In the name of training, employee is expected to come to office from 9am to 6pm on Bank Holidays and Sundays. Company targets fresher because it's easy to dictate them.
