      This is very much like a family atmosphere, quite literally. So, if you don't mind a great deal of nepotism, this might be the place for you; very casual environment in terms of dress code.

      Pros

      The employees are treated fairly well, with monthly celebrations including treats of some sort. Close knit family like environment. Mostly positive attitudes.

      Cons

      Not much room for career growth. The position you're hired for is the position that you will keep until you retire.
