routes constantly changing but overall smart and efficient routes

Being a Delivery driver was a great job and I enjoyed the work. I had fun meeting new people at bars and restaurants. overall I found it to be an easy job excluding the physical side of job direct field managers are good at their jobs rules are very laxed

pay is terrible for the amount of work they want you to do. they say it is competitive with other beer distributors but in reality. The delivery guy at other companies are doing 2-3 times less work than delivery guys at Capitol Wright. Upper management has no idea how bad it is at the delivery level.
