None, there is definitely no Pros with this place, unless you are into Chinese culture and want to learn Chinese, which is the main language used here.
Cons
(1) discrimination and law-breaking; (2) CEO is a liar and cheater with typical micro-management; (3) working environment and conditions are very poor; (4) poor/ low-quality products; (5) employees are treated like human trash; (6) Always work overtime without additional pay...while they expect you to do everything.
