Pros
You're going to have opportunities to branch out. While you might have a specific job title, you're going to be working with everyone. It's a very team-oriented mindset here. Strong leadership. I don't think our President ever stops thinking about our company and ways to improve. I have a lot of faith in management to see where education is moving and read/adapt to the situation. Realism. I think "work hard, play hard" is a played out cliche, but there's a lot of hard workers here and people generally get along well. We're not given an unrealistic bonus structure, and there's revenue sharing per quarter.
Cons
There's can sometimes be a struggle between focusing on our existing products and newer products. It also sometimes feels like we prioritize certain clients far more than others, even if they have similar statuses with us.
