After being in claims for 18 years, I can honestly say this company has been a refreshing change! This is a small company that truly values its employees and is consistently looking for ways to do things better. The President and VP both are very involved in the day to day operations and care about the work product that is delivered to our clients. As with any insurance company, often times the claim volume can significantly vary from season to season. This ebb and flow of volume can be a con for some people who struggle with time management.
