Pros
- not strict with PPE & boots - flexible lax management staff
Cons
- advertise regular 8 hours shifts, but everyone in warehouse is forced to work 12 hour shifts - don’t pay any overtime, and instead pay per truck to avoid paying out all the overtime theyre forcing people to do - took more than 60% of my paycheck for my first 2 weeks of work with 0 explanation… I worked 67.5 hours and got paid for around 30. When I asked about hours to make sure I would get paid, they avoided my questions until my check hit- and then management sent all my calls to voicemail, knowing I’d see less than half my expected check. Imagine if I was a single mother and needed this paycheck badly.. I can imagine how this could rock others much harder than it has me - disgusting staff break rooms, tbe same piece of toilet paper stuffed in the door of the stall everyday tells me nobody cleans the bathrooms. - I’ve been here only 10 days… I’m sure others have witnessed a lot worse than I have.
