Pros
3 things I enjoy about being at Captain Marketing are the people, the environment, and the schedule. There is such a large pool of different people working here, and they all seem to be very nice with great senses of humor. The office is a relaxed office with an open dress code, which allows us to be comfortable as we work. They are really flexible with the schedule; I can come in anywhere from 7am to 9am. This is great for me as I sometimes have things to do late at night and need the sleep before I come into work. Other than that, this job does not infringe on my personal life. They are REALLY good at granting time off...I cannot think of a time when I asked for time off and they did not grant it.
Cons
You do have to be here for at least a year before you see increase, but if you work hard, it will come. Obviously everyone wants to make a ton of money, but there is a lot of ladder climbing to be done if you want to make living here.
