      Good for starters as experience would be worth it.

      Cons

      Under value experienced resources. Expects you to go above and beyond without any incentive. (just pat on a back) No Bonus No regular increments No defined process of performance review Treat employees rudely when they ask for a salary review Beware of CEO.

      All the people at Capventis are great. Peers are very supportive and give you their own time to help you succeed on a project. A great place to work as a team

      More assistance from the management team for developing soft skills would be beneficial
