      Pros

      I get to spend my day working with people that really need our help. When we are able to accomplish that it's a very rewarding feeling.

      Cons

      We work with used cars and unfortunately they break down. Really no way to avoid that no matter what we do. it ends up being an issue for the customer.

      Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
