Pros

During COVID-19 CarHop paid sales staff even though we weren't able to work because of local shelter in place and came up with solutions to also help customers during this difficult time.

Cons

Customers can sometimes get upset.

Love the customers and trying to help get them driving

Cons

Literally everything else. Still in training and there's no real training. Im working with a current BM, and she is absolutely not a good trainer- but she's everyone's best friend and everyone else loves her. She treats mistakes like smelly diapers and belittles you for not being able to memorize the scripting fast enough. No encouragement, rather toxic.
