Micro management, $75 commission per car sold! (Unbelievable for the biggest and most profitable Automobile retailer in the World!!!), Secretive culture (managers order you not to tell customers the truth, and demand that you follow a very structured and rigid canned presentation) Managers treat their subordinates like they were sub-human.
