They have great leadership and supportive management who advocate and invest on employees' personal and professional development. What I love most about the company is how quickly they transitioned us to work from home during the pandemic, providing the necessary access to our tools and having technical support on stand-by. The dynamic between the HR and Management are instrumental in employee engagement. They have since then continued to surprise us with new and exciting perks and initiatives (Learning and Talent Development Trainings, Health Care Campaigns, better compensation through RSU) that aim to take us to the next level!

As the company continues to evolve, work-life balance can be quite challenging as departmental goals and targets become aggressive, and roles are stretched, however it gives way for further growth and learning.
