Pros

Fun work atmosphere at times.

Cons

They did not pay enough for what was expected of us plus the extra tasks they would dump on us. They did not have good management and it was a revolving door not just with retention but with management as well. The last manager I had tried to make retention/customer service work like the sales side of things and it did not end well for him. They just do no care about anything but making money, we are all disposable to them.
