If you are between 21 and 25 it will feel like you are still in college (this is probably 60% of the employee base). They have good connections in the public sector world and most people either find out they can't take a corporate structure and are gone in 6 months, or learn the world and make the connections to find your next long term spot for a big step up. This is the epitome of "turn off your feelings, put your head down, and make yourself while feeling like it's a transfer out of college life".

- Rock bottom entry pay - Demanding expectations - Mixed reviews on upper management - Work load can be described as feast or famine based in position and time if year - Very high turnover in nearly every department Brief overall summary: this place will help you as a younger professional get your foot in the door and provide great career opportunities. You will just have to absolutely 'eat it' for your stay. It's feels like the actual hiring model is get in, get your experience, get out. It's great for that. If you are good at your job and care you will quickly get swamped with work and become everyone's 'go to'.
