8yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback about Caravan Health. We are disappointed to hear about your experience with us and will address your concerns with our leadership team. We are very much committed to the health and well-being of our employees, and have taken big steps this year to ensure our company matches our employee expectations. A few of the new benefits we’ve implemented include employee recognition awards, opportunity to work from home one day a week and 6 days of sick leave on top of three weeks of paid vacation. We’ve also taken the appropriate measures to make sure our employees feel valued and heard. We hold monthly all-company meetings and have a bi-weekly, internal survey system that gives employees the opportunity to provide recommendations and feedback about their work culture.
