Caravel is absolutely amazing. We work with brilliant people and the culture is unlike any other company I've worked for. We get to know each other and are a team. We hire the best of the best, and as a result, there is always someone who has unique experience to help you when needed. We move fast and work hard, but we play hard and our customers love us!

You need to be a self-starter and proactive. You need to research topics you do not know and commit to constant improvement and learning. You need to be okay with change and constructive feedback.

Started off well with nice team members. Many projects to keep you busy.

Management is disconnected and lacks communication. If you are not a 'yes' man all the time to their ideas, you will fail. They don't want any other ideas or experiences outside of their tight management team.
