      Pros

      You will learn more than required of you so you. Tech are cool and very helpful Opportunity to learn and become full stack QA Learn how to multitask and continuously adapt to roadmap changes

      Cons

      An amazing CTO left with no explanation or replacement (+ CPO leaving the same week). No works council. Rushing constantly. Layed off 22-23 people unexpectedly with no heads up. Offsetting shelved indefinitely leaving carbon credits to be the main product. Dev's are on the brink of burnout. Stakeholders often dont do their jobs, throw you under the bus then move goalposts to save their own skin.
