a typical day at work - forced to ring non stop throughout the day. forced to ring churches, nurseries and charities trying to sell them card machines. The data used by the company is shocking and you are treated like dirt if you can't make any sales. Management have the tendency to insult you openly on a regular basis if you aren't meeting their high targets they set which are extremely unrealistic. You are forced to try and make as much money out of businesses and you are told to tie them into long term agreements (5 year contracts) and not mention it during the terms and conditions unless they see it themselves. 9/10 business owners are then forced to pay a cancelation fee if they are miss sold which happens daily numerous times. they say they are FCA regulated but business documents and sensitive information is scattered everywhere virtually on computers and physical copies. This is a total violation but the company doesn't seem to care as long as they get paid. management - absolutely atrocious management. no structure in terms of support and on going one to ones. They'll promise you the world when you start and fill your ears with lies and unfulfilled promises. Managers sit at there desks like they own the company and treat you like scum if you are even slightly behind your targets let alone if your way behind. They do nothing all day and moan and insult you on a daily basis, they make it out to be a joke but it really isn't. The workplace culture is disgusting and sexist, managers openly talk about extremely sensitive topics both racist and sexist. If you are a female and decide to work here I genuinely feel sorry for you especially the comments that are made on a daily basis throughout the company. The culture is disgusting and there's no way of making complaints etc. The whole company is a scam. They also create fake reviews on Trust Pilot as a way of miss selling to business owners and companies. The services they offer are a total scam and i'm surprised they are still operational to this day. There is no job security at all, you don't hit targets you are gone simple. If you are thinking of applying or given the job please reconsider as this place is toxic to the core, immoral company with no standards or compassion towards there employees. Management are a bunch of tyrants only bothered about money. SCAM OF A COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY. I promise you it'll be the best decision of your life.
