      Unfortunate Experience - Leasing Consultant Cardinal Group Companies Employee Review

      Overtime pay (even though overtime is mandatory during the move-out/in month)

      Cons

      - management was not helpful dealing with residents. we were yelled at all the time because the contracted cleaning company failed miserbaly to clean the rooms before the new move-ins came. - there was no communication from people that make decisions to us, the workers, or the residents. - a whole month of mandatory 10+ hour days, with no scheduled days off, sweating like crazy cleaning out apartments since the HIRED cleaning company did not do it, and I was even scrubbing current residents toilets as a leasing consultant.

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
