Our P&C team is hard at work providing pay bands by position in each State, city, and market to ensure that compensation falls in line with the needs of each of our over 2,000 team members in each market across the country. The goal is to have the pay bands that reflect today's changing times in front of the clients to have budgets approved by the beginning of the year.
