No security. Big wave of layoffs and freezes. Many good people driven out. Some for profit contractors used. Tuition is NOT cheap! Exec and program admin are oblivious. Waste time promoting services they can't deliver on. Money grab for online and international students but not ready for them. You can fail upward if lucky or in an admin clique. No real advancement. Middle managers are lifers. More concerned with keeping their jobs than making things better. Haven't been able to recruit or retain good people. Salaries too low and admin too disorganized. Not worth it.
