The management is very friendly and helpful. The job itself is a little difficult to learn due to being mostly self taught on my end, but once you get it it is very repetitive and simple.
Cons
Pay is the negative, no room for growth and pay is low in my opinion.
Flexible hours, easy work. If you like working independently and doing the same thing for hours, this will be a good job for you. Management is understanding and training is thorough.
Cons
Monotonous. Boring. Once you learn everything you need, there's not much room for growth. Sometimes can go a full day not speaking to anyone if you don't need help.
