My mentor was fantastic, having previously held the role I was hired into, and gave me a clear roadmap for success. My manager has been genuinely invested in my growth, working through my PPF with me early on. The tools (Trainual, UKG) are intuitive and easy to use. Most importantly, the culture here is real — it's clearly defined, lived from leadership down, and paired with a real path for advancement and unlimited earning potential.
