      Pros

      Hybrid positions. In office 2 days out of the week

      Cons

      Pay was very low and management was unorganized and engaged in power struggles. It was difficult to work as a team or ask for help because of the high level of tension in the office. Leadership took very little feedback and worked very closely with HR to shut down concerns from the team. They let sexual harassment slide from a department manager MULTIPLE times. It was unsafe and careless. The workload was fine but the high turnover rate would sometimes leave us with double the caseload to makeup for people leaving abruptly. Super toxic environment.

      Pros

      At COFK, most of the employees at the office are attentive and make sure that our concerns as nurses are heard. We don't have to wait for ever to talk to someone which is really important to me.

      Cons

      I just wish they would pay more. But I guess it is the whole Florida that doesn't pay nurses as they should.

      Pros

      I have had a very successful career with this company and will continue to work with them as long as they have me. They are very professional, dedicated and structured. They always make time for the client and staff with the same amount of urgency. I have experienced and witnessed many companies not for filling their companies core values but this company stands strongly behind theirs! I’m grateful to be associated with this team.
