Pros
The management: concerned, responsive, considerate, interested, generous--they are fantastic! As a Care Manager, the work hours were flexible, the job itself fit me perfectly; I completely enjoyed working with the clients. It's a great option as a nurse.
Cons
The paperwork piece could be extensive--but that is the nature of the type of nursing work, not Care Team Solutions; the Humana computer system was awful to work with and could be very frustrating.
