Pros
Because of my patients, the job was rewarding. There were good employees that cared very much about doing a great job.
Cons
Many hours spent after hours finishing paperwork. I never felt truly appreciated or valued by my employer/upper management no matter how well I performed or how hard I worked. It was a very negative work environment in the office, but not in the field. I would not recommend this job to anyone wanting to be treated fairly.
