Good amount of PTO time / although I have heard they are looking to make changes.
Cons
There is a group at this company who have worked together for long time and if you are outside of that group good luck to you. Managment needs training on how to manage. They do not speak to the employees and out of the blue write you up. How are you to know that you have made a mistake if you are not told and that you need to correct. Managment also listens and contributes to water cooler gossip and uses it at times to discipline employees!! Also, they do not listen to complaints about managment. If more than one person complaints maybe there is something to it and maybe you should check into it. Double standard is also norm... just because one person gets to work from home does not mean you can even if you are in the same exact position
