      Flexible work schedule, work from home schedule, great benefits, good leaders, incentives to work overtime

      Cons

      High turn arounds with temps. Temps get the training from Carefirst and then go to another company.

      Pros

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
