Pros
Mission Driven Company, headed in a positive direction. Lots of fantastic people work here. Plenty of opportunities for growth and development in a rapidly changing industry. Flexible working arrangements and opportunities for balancing Work/Family life. Pay is fairly average and the benefits are good (as you might expect with a not for profit health insurer)
Cons
Like any larger organization, politics and processes can be oppressive if you’re not comfortable or experienced in navigating them.
