Pros
Benefits were pretty good. There company had many initiatives to improve how business got done but was not as good at implementing these changes. The insurance overview training was quite good.
Cons
Weak implementation of good ideas. Management was overly distracted by office politics, Reorganizations and layoffs were the order of the day. More than half of the people had multiple changes in jobs or supervisors within CareFirst during the previous 1-1/2 years. Job security was constantly on the mind of the employees.
