Pros

It's ok working here at CF. I step up from where I've worked before.

Cons

I wish there was better pto. 120hrs for a year is not enough. there is an option to purchase up to 40hrs, but we shouldn't have to spend money on something that should already be given. There is no separate sick and safe time. And there is only 12hrs for floating holiday time. Make sure you set up FMLA if you can, because I'm telling you the pto given is definitely not enough if you deal with medical issues. It can be a bit unorganized at times. the systems we work with have consistent issues. they tried setting up a new system, but they could've took the money spent and gave rreeeeaaaaalllllyyyyy nice bonuses. before the new year they were doing great with incentives and now that has stopped. I don't know what happened to the training for the customer service advocates from the time I started until now, but I feel the new people that are coming out now got even less training than I received in 2021. I still feel the pay doesn't match the workload, but unfortunately I don't think that will ever change.
