Pros

I have worked at Carepayment for over 3 years. We provide a much needed service for helping folks pay their medical bills. There are many benefits to choose from working here. No handle times for calls, competive salary, and a staff of leads/supervisors that want us to succeed. And we work remote!!!

Cons

The only real down side I can think of is my equipment is a bit outdated. However, that is being addressed now

Pros

Nothing, the pay is too low for the amount of work you're expected to do, and if a customer calls in and lies about you; their report will still stand even if they listen to the call and hear that the customer was lying
