Strong positive culture, meaningful work, fast pace

Many competing priorities with thin teams often lead to fatigue/burnout/mixed levels of execution

Many of the staff are pleasant to work with. The unlimited PTO is a great benefit (although not clearly explained).

The CEO is not a good leader or communicator. The corporate culture is that of fear. No interdepartmental coordination. The entire office is confused as to what the direction of the company is. No standards or guidelines are in place for the majority of the companies divisions. Much of the staff have no background in this sector of the market. High turnover and inability to hire and put in place the right people for the right position.
