Pros
Lax dress code, understanding supervisor, we suffered but we suffered together. I will say they did great with revising the benefits in late '17/early '18. I ended up paying half of what I was paying when I started.
Cons
- Heavy workload, but I've worked at competitors and I'm pretty sure that's just the nature of the business. - Never felt "heard", despite numerous meetings. New directions are great but you aren't doing ANYTHING without your employees. -Inconsistency leading to impossible metrics. How can you expect 95 percent on audits when, if I ask a compliance question, I get 3 different answers from leadership? It got to the point before I left that I just started going to the DOL website instead of asking. THEN to base our raises, or lack thereof, on these metrics is a recipe for high turnover. No one is dealing with abuse from these clients with nothing to show for it. - Transparency to clients. I understand its a business but too many times have I had to say "no, this goes against blahblahblah" after clients have been lured in with empty promises.
