CMP's leadership and support staff have been outstanding from Day 1 until I found the right opportunity for my next career move. They created a culture of mutual support among other HR leaders in the DFW metroplex and throughout the country. The meetings were always prompt, professional, yet social, for sharing job openings, perspectives on the job market, other company cultures, and the like. Finally, I appreciated their secure LinkedIn page for CMP members only and the numerous resources provided, such as resume reviews, LI page reviews, and their portal. CMP focuses on talent and transition - helping companies recruit, develop and effectively transition employees. The Consultants take their role very seriously and have a uniquely strong focus on providing the right solution for each employee. In this way there is a mission orientation with very little "noise" or "politics" - people are focused on helping others. It is wonderful.
