Cons
- every employee's raises, even for inflation/cost-of-living adjustments, is tied to recruiters hitting their numbers. Your salary will technically go down annually if that doesn't happen.
- If numbers are hit, the largest perks, such as vacation getaways, will only go 1 or maybe a few recruiters. But the entire executive suite goes every year.
- It can be pretty brutal to see people in the community treated like disposable resources. But even full-time staff can be fired at a whim. Everyone seemed disposable.
