Pros
Benefits are VERY good. IF you like working in downtown Chicago, it's a prime location. Employee events are RIDICULOUS, no expense spared.
Cons
Inflexible management, IT management expects you to drop everything else in your life to accommodate management’s scheduling screw ups. Even though my office was located in the Loop my manager wasn’t willing to shift my start and end times to by 15 mins to allow me to take a different train saving 60 mins a day in my commute.
