If you are aggressive, young and want a place to learn, you may have that opportunity to become a sales pro and make buckets of cash without ever having to learn about the products you sell.
Cons
The only-sales culture, the lack of knowledge sharing between department silos, lack of tech resources, lack of tech expertise, tech work queues 1 year long or more, total disrespect for the people who use their site in the name of profits.
