Chronic understaffing leading to constant pressure. Annual leave regularly refused even when requested far in advance. Capacity issues used repeatedly without transparency or evidence. Poor communication from management and slow responses to concerns. High workload, rigid targets, and little flexibility. Staff wellbeing frequently mentioned but rarely reflected in practice.
