Expectations can be unclear at times

Working with a variety of people, they really cared about those they were servicing. Understood the pace of Carelon and demands. Some managers are great to work with and understand.

Some awful leadership that treats staff very poorly. They are not reprimanded. High turnover due to work load per person. It hovers around three or four times what it should be.
