      Good start to learning pharmacy technician or home medical supply patient care.

      Cons

      Too many people making ever -changing rules in each division off the company. CarePro is struggling financially. Very little pay raises in several years in spite of good employee reveiws.

      Pros

      The company core values are innovation, compassion, service, unity, and integrity and they are lived by. The company is compliance focused to provide the best service to all.

      Cons

      Nursing is limited to infusion therapy and community wellness. There is no longer a home care component to the nursing division. The nursing manager is superior in her ethics and focus.
