Pros
Loved the residents, some of my coworkers and managers, and the times the staff were celebrated. It was very hard walking away from all the wonderful people I worked with.
Cons
Favoritism was so thick you couldn't breath it wouldn't be a problem if you're the one always in the wrong(when you're obviously not) to many thought they were boss, people not doing their job.. the list goes on...
