Nice bathrooms We make great products Great snow removal team

New CEO is no better than the old one. Says "we're aligning with the rest of the market" - essentially making us an "average" company to work for in regards to benefits. This DOES NOT attract talent, this DOES NOT encourage hard work, this DOES NOT encourage people to stay. On top of that, nearly all other professionals I talk to have far better benefits than we do here. We're "aligning" with the bottom feeders. Too many hard-working, important people have been let go. To add, too many hard-working, important people have chosen to go, and have found better paying jobs elsewhere with better benefits. Those of us left are left with their work, metaphorically drowning with no help to speak of. To put it plainly - this place s u c k s. It's like they're doing it on purpose at this point to be honest. Boneheaded decision after boneheaded decision. Achieving goals is becoming increasingly difficult. The coffee is terrible. Tastes like dirty socks.
