Good pay, Good benefits and some good people

1. Maintenance superintendent is garbage. He doesn't have a maintenance background. 2. Constant rule changes and knee jerk reactions to everything 3. Maintenance employees have to do busy work even when your caught up I've never seen anything like it 4. Way to many salaried people not pulling there weight
